What Is Smudging?

Start at the front door of the home and light your smudge stick. Then, begin to move around the home. Be sure to allow the smoke to find it’s way to corners, closets and small spaces.

Smudging is an ancient tradition found across many cultures. In addition to sage, bay leaves lavender & rosemary have been acknowledged to have positive effects for your mental well being.
