Clothing and Gifts with a Conscience

Our organization employs and supports entrepreneurs/designers in rural New Mexico. These designers are skilled and creative. Given the extremely sparse population, this is an alternative way to create income from home and fulfill creative career pursuits.

UpCycled Is Proudly a Small Art Studio

We work with the people in our community to use materials in a sustainable way. We carefully consider our sources and projects, so people believe individual art is possible – one piece at a time. From our hands to yours, and we hope that you love what you have.

We are not a mass market store, and never will be. Every piece we create has its own story, and place in the world. We hope that here, you can find something that connects with you, and feels like it was always supposed to be yours. If we don’t have what you are looking for, there is a wonderful world out there to choose from, and we hope that you do. Our creation process starts upcycles unused fabrics, surplus garments, and vintage collections. Then our designers apply their unique vision to bring something new into the world.

We strongly believe in being involved in the community! We sponsor and organize events to bring people together and develop their skills.
